Initially upon opening the package, the smell was almost overpowering. It’s a strong camphor smell, not sweet at all. It dissipates quickly, but still isn’t the sweet smell I had hoped for. However, after sitting in the drawer, the camphor overtones calm down and the sweet smell emerges. At this point (a couple of weeks after lining my drawers), it has calmed down to a sweet, slightly spicy, smell. It’s immediately detectable on opening the drawers, but not when the drawer is shut. As I write this, I can smell it distinctly on my t-shirt. I smell it on my sheets when I first get in bed, but not after that. I kind of like it. It is sweet, but not overpowering or cloying like a fabric softener smell. I have never smelled actual lavender flowers, but I understand the camphor overtones are characteristic of French lavender, so perhaps this is a genuine lavender smell. Whatever, I have grown to like it. Perhaps the camphor overtones were the reason people first started using lavender in drawers? The actual paper sheets are on the small size, but heavy enough to lie flat in the drawer without adhesive. They are a pleasant pale lavender-grey color. I can’t see why you would want adhesive on them. The adhesive would make a mess if you wanted to change the paper and would stick to the wood and mess it up so you couldn’t paint it or lay anything else in the drawer. It’s a nice product, but don’t expect it to smell like lavender soap or fabric softener. Update: I just bought a cheaper brand that comes in bigger sheets. The cheaper sheets smell like soap. It made me realize how much nicer the spicy-sweet smell of these lavender sheets was and I upgraded my review to 5 stars.

This is packaged so beautifully! I honestly don’t want to unwrap and cut it! The smell is devine, also! I will definitely buy more!

Lovely scent. Not over powering. Well packaged. Sheets were a bit small, wish they had size options or came in a long roll rather than precut. If you use additional sheets to fit the drawer, you have to order a dozen boxes. Pattern is ok, clean and sleek rather than cutesy.

This smells so good. It isn’t offensive like a lot of more synthetic drawer liners I’ve encountered. I think it’s much more fragrant than the French Lavender, but not overbearing. I hope it is long lasting.

Beautiful drawer liners I love the pattern and packaging. It’s so elegant! The liners are a good size and fit into my drawers perfectly. The paper is nice and thick. The smell is strong at first, but after a day, it fades and it smells really good. This is a wonderful product. I would buy these again.

The scent lasts maximum 4-5 days to a week which is to be expected. I had to hold the liners down with tape because they wouldnt stay. Your clothes should pick up a subtle scent over time so make sure to get the scent that you really like. It comes exactly as pictured and is well packaged.

These drawer lines are beautiful and high quality. They add a luxurious look and feel to our dressers. Also, the scent is lovely and not too strong. Worth the price. I will be purchasing more of them!

Have had these in my drawers about a month and the scent didn't last longer than a day or two...but we don't live in a warm climate state in the winter and spring so maybe the scent will be noticeable in the summer???? Also, I wish these liners made my clothes smell like the liners smelled when I first opened the liners up, but my clothes didn't take on thhat lovely scent. I purchased the rose scented liners. At first they had a delicate soft powdery rose scent. Now they have no scent.

I bought the English Lavender, it smells so good every time I open my drawers. It just elevates the whole feel of it. The roll has six precut sheets, so they don’t cover my entire drawer base but I don’t care that much about that to be honest.

Loved the scent. Perfect fit for my drawer. Scent still there after a few weeks.
