Ergonomics! The entire reason I chose THIS particular case is because the back side is "square" instead of rounded like the original remote. I hate the round-back controllers because they feel like squeezing a bar of soap when I press buttons... Bloop!... They twist and slip around in my hand. This SQUARED BACK design does not twist in my hand, and gives a reassurance to a button press/squeeze. Excellent! The "glow" is a gimmick; it'll never glow enough to "find it in the dark". But that's OK. The light blue is a nice color that's easier to find than gray/black remotes. The side-button (volume) rocker takes a bit more feeling-around to adjust. But it still has a nice tactile feel, and I'm getting used to it. This case is super easy and simple to slip on, and it's the perfect snugness. It protects our often-dropped remote. Thanks, Fintie!

Fits perfect and keeps the remote from rolling off the couch

The case is soft and comfortable. The remote is naturally slippery, this cover will prevent slipping out of hand and sliding off furniture. It wasn't expensive compared to the benefit of not dropping or bending over to pick up constantly. The case is the proper size and easy to slip over the remote. The volume button was easy to find and worked properly under the case.

The amount of grip is perfect. The color contrasts everything so it’s easy to spot if you lose it.

The Chromecast remote is slick and round at the back. Dumb design. This jell cover give the remote some texture and also makes the back flat, like a remote should be. Added bonus is that it glows in the dark. Not something I care about, but it's kinda cool. I purchase two that were different colors to differentiate from my living room and family room, just in case they got moved around. A good value and the fit is perfect and the volume buttons on the side works perfectly.

I've tried 3 different styles and this one is by far my favorite. I like the touch of the buttons where some of these others cover the buttons taking away that depth. The square actually feels nice in the hand and appreciate that the remote doesn't rock when you set it down.

An amazing case, good feel, good grip on the remote, easier to press te buttons and sits on the table flat (front or back). Doesn't slide out of your hands or off the cough and has a slight impact cushion just in case you drop it. I bought this for my workshop tv, wanted something rugged. Ended up buying another one for the house. I bought them when they were $12, they went up to $20 and that's about the same price of a Spigen which looks a lot nicer. I'm hesitant to buy at $20 but it would still be worth it since I had to replace a remote once, this case will likely prevent another break.

Holds remote well without any obstruction of the keys. No issues getting it put on. I really really like the flat bottom. Feels good in hands.
