These work great for bloating. The complete doesnt seem to take the edge off of the bloating and that being the only thing i deal with ( but to an extreme), this one is a life saver!

This product it’s great! I was skeptical at first, but it really does what it says. I did not have any side effects as some people mentioned. Make sure you are drinking enough water because it will flush your body, but you also need to replace the water that it’s removing from your body.

Life saving medicine! It works, but causes dry mouth. Drink plenty of water and stay close the bathroom. It’s worth it! Best thing that happens to me as a woman with period.

I have have water retention problems and Midol was literally the magic pill. Both for PMS and period bloating and other times my body decides to hold on to excess. No flavour, no smell, perfectly packaged. Never had any adverse symptoms, people that mention dizziness or headaches is because they are not drinking enough water. Even when you take this, and ESPECIALLY when you do you must make sure you drink the necessary amount of water. I've been taking them for years, perfectly safe and effective as long as you follow instructions.

I dont have bad periods or anything, I intended to use these for occasional water retention. They didnt seem to do anything at all to me, I feel I've been given a placebo or something. I did take these for PMS symptoms, and they did kinda help I think, but not in a way that's so significant that I'd buy these again. They may work for you though! I would just try it.
