This has a good taste and it's great for soups, in eggs, quiches, in spinach dip or adding to rice or other main dishes. It's a good value for the money. My only negative comment is that most of it is too finely cut. Part of it is actually spinach "dust". I can't use it for lasagna or just as a side dish. It doesn't mean I won't buy it again, just be aware, they are very small spinach pieces and spinach dust.

In the months leading up to my spring garden, I want something easy to add to dishes. This is absolutely the best ever! I've added it to pasta sauce, scrambled eggs, soups, stews, and many other dishes. I have even made a Creamed Spinach and Kale dish. The taste is fresh once added, I also add a bit of lemon juice to brighten the taste. I get the benefits of Spinach at my fingertips. This is an easy, no brainer addition for me! I will be ordering it again!

Wow this is the best to have when you need chopped up spinach and don’t want to go to the store to get some at the last minute.! Just rehydrate and boom you can put it in your soups, over salads or scramble your eggs with it

I love this company. They dry fruits/veggies and do such a good job. I was seriously impressed with the quality of the spinach. We eat a heavily Middle East diet and I tend to dry my own herbs because I haven’t, until now found the quality I want. So pleased I can cross spinach off my list. I’ll definitely be buying more.
