How long does lemon / lime juice keep for in fridge or in the shelf? Say in the fridge in a sealed bottle, how long would it keep and last?

Lemon juice will remain “fresh” for a day or two in the fridge. After that, depending on how demanding is your palate, you start to notice changes in flavor. In a sealed bottle in the fridge you can extend it life to about a month or so

can you use on a grapefruit or is it too small?

It is too small for a grapefruit

Quick Google search asking that question shows that it is made in China.
