Watched their process of making them on unwrapped. No one wears gloves making or handling the dough.. there’s about 4 people handling the product before you get it.

Organic bread choices are few out where I live, so anything is a boon. These do have a nice texture and flavor for a plain bagel, though some might think them a bit dense. I think they're great split and toasted with just a little butter and strawberry jam.

I have looked for a bagel with few ingredients with no nasty seed oil that still tastes great. Well mission accomplished.

These are the BEST bagels. They are very hardy and really fill you up because of all the protein and the sprouted grain. I loved eating them with an egg, pep jack cheese, and dijon mustard as a sandwich every morning when I was pregnant. That was one of the only ways I could eat eggs while pregnant. They will really keep you full for a long time. I buy them at a local health food store. They cost about 5 dollars for a six pack. The price on Amazon seems high.
