Works good and perfectly fits!

I was skeptical about buying this after reading a few negative reviews but this 100% works. My daughter was gifted a small HD TV from her Grandparents, which was around 10-15 years old. She, is constantly playing on her Nintendo Switch, so I bought this adapter, to see if it would work with the Switch. It worked straight out of the box, I used an old phone charger adapter to power it, as my TV had no USB port. I made sure the TV settings on the Switch were set to automatic, plugged it all in and it worked straight away. It's not 4k quality but neither is it a 4k TV. It also worked when I tried a Firestick. I have not tried anything else on it yet.

If you have an old tv without an hdmi connection but it does have component video ( the colours on the jack plugs shown) then this device allows you to use modern devices such as Facebook Portal or Amazon Firestick on old TV sets. Game changer.

Worked initially with a 1st gen chromecast but not a nowtv box. Then stopped working completely after a week. Poor QC, won't risk a replacement.

Used it from my PS5 to an old projector and did exactly what it’s supposed to.

Daran ist es in jeglicher Art und Weise gescheitert: Das Bild ist verzerrt, viel zu dunkel und kontrastarm, zeigt nicht zu korregierende Farbverschiebungen und wandernde Streifenmuster, ruckelt und setzt alle paar Sekunden aus. Bei schnellen Helligkeitsänderungen versagt die Synchronisation und das Bild fällt entweder komplett weg oder ändert rasch seine Größe ("pumpen"). Einige dieser Effekte können auch im Video nachvollzogen werden. Der Projektor ist vollkommen in Ordnung, mit anderen Y/Pb/Pr-Quellen liefert er ein wunderbares Bild.

This adapter works GREAT on our newer flat screen televisions that have component inputs. (I ran it for several days on a newer set with a Roku.) Unfortunately, I purchased this adapter to connect the Roku Streaming Stick+ to an old Sylvania flat screen TV. That set was manufactured before HDMI was available, but it did have a component input plus a composite input. This adapter would only display a double screen image on the old Sylvania set. I tried everything I could think of and researched for solutions online, but I didn't have any luck. I gave this device 5 stars because it's most likely a TV set compatibility issue (old Sylvania) and not the fault of the adapter. I ended up ordering an adapter that converts HDMI to composite video (yellow) and audio (red & white). That worked fine on the old Sylvania television.

Fà bene il suo lavoro. Considerando l'aspetto esteriore non credevo in grandi qualità, invece funziona abbastanza bene.

我が家では、今だにアナログHivisionのブラウン管TVが現役でモニタとして動作しています。ここ最近のソースはケーブルTVチューナーとDVDレコーダでしたが、D４から変換したYPbPrでモニタのコンポーネント入力２系統が埋まっていました。今回Blu-rayを追加することになり、DVDレコーダの出力をD4からHDMIへ変更してBlu-rayとHDMIセレクタで切り替え、HDMIセレクタ出力を本機でHDMI→YPbPr変換してモニタへ入力することにしました。とりあえず動作確認として、DVD側をHDMI出力へ変更してみましたが、本機の解像度変換機能のおかげで、とてもレトロな480pモニタでも問題なく表示してくれました。モニタを換えた方が簡単できれいに映るのは明白ですが、アナログHivisionブラウン管TVが丈夫で中々壊れないので、しばらくはこの変換器に頑張ってもらうつもりです。
