What a find! Fantastically finished wooden seat that was very easy to fit and appears to be very sturdy - though can't tell the long-term outcome at this stage obviously. It resembles a much more expensive product and, in my opinion, is an absolute bargain for the quality of the product.

This was easy to fit once you've figured out the relatively poor instructions. Once you know what they mean, then all is good - it just takes a bit for the instructions to sink in. The seat replaced an earlier version (and therefore different fittings) of the same thing. The previous one lasted about 15 years so I expect this one todo the same. It's heavy and solid, so if you have careless types around, be prepared for some loud bangs. Once fitted its sturdy enough but I'm not a fan of the requirement to have the 'key' used to tighten the fittings nuts up with - easy to lose. A tool-less design would have worked better.

Was a few scratches on the lid apart from this worth the money

Bought this seat and first time I cleaned it, the paint started to bubble, then split then break off completely. I used toilet wipes on it, so no hard abrasives or bleach. Absolute waste of money, need to buy another now.
