Great product.
The cup is plain awesome! I have been using it for 2 weeks. It is spill proof, has amazing aesthetic looks, and feels good but rather broad in the hand, it retains most of the heat when it is unopened for 3-4 hours. I've used it for cold coffee and it keeps the drink cold for a long time too.You can get a free sponge brush delivered to your location once you receive the mug, although i prefer it being shipped along with the mug. The brush is quite handy in cleaning the narrow insides.It's the perfect cup for daily use.

Great Product!! Must have for all!
The drinks/shakes actually maintain their temperature for a good duration! No spillage or leakage! (just make sure the lid is closed properly)The built quality is at par with some good international brands. By far, loving the product and I carry it daily with me with shakes and other drinks too!Plus, it is very easy to clean! Quite handy, travel friendly!One of the best purchases! Going to order another one soon!

Insulation is good but the mug leaks so a big no for travel, total waste of money
So the insulation is very good, hot coffee remains hot for about 3 hours and cold for upto 8 hours, but it leaks and leaks very badly. I recieved it just before my travel, had been using their coffee frother so was so sure that this is going to be a good product, threw the packaging and box, it was a nightmare in the plane. And then to my work place. I am back home in a month so cannot even return it. Money wasted as the main purpose was for travel. I don't know if the company can help?

Just Go For It. Period!
Bought this for the second time. Extremely happy and satisfied with the quality, design, hold, durability and the choice of colours. Overall a great hot holding cuppa to have for daily usage.

Damn gorgeous and functional!!
First of all, the looks! It's great. Black matt finish outer surface. Rubber grip for a good hold. Looks really amazing.Secondly, the quality is superb. It's thick and well insulated. Keeps my coffee hot for 3-4 hours!! But once the InstaCuppa is half filled with my coffee, it gets cold by 1, max 2 hour. I didn't use this for longer period of time. So, I'll update once I test it.Thirdly, you get a one year warranty and free brush to clean this!!
