No. You need to mix the correct formula of color with 2 ounces of 20 volume developer.

I want a medium blonde dye but don’t know what “extra” mean?

“EXTRA” means for extra grey coverage 7-00 . It also will be slightly darker than 7-0. It has more color pigments for better grey coverage. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Which developer i have to use with this?

The same company sells a pretty good Activator but I find it a bit milky/watery. I prefer VIVITONE 20. Though the 20% is a little permanent. VIVITONE 10 works too.

What is the expiration date of this product?

This product has no expiration date. However, I can tall you that it was purchased from the manufacturer, in January 2020.
