Great!!! Add almond milk and cinnamon!
I loved this oatmeal. The flavor was great and I've used just 4 oz of hot water. Then I added 2 oz of almond milk. I topped it with cinnamon to curb my appetite and reduce any cravings just in case. The consistency isn't like real oatmeal. But it tasted really good and very comforting in the morning.

It’s high protein, taste good! Great morning
This oatmeal was a wonderful breakfast the two weeks before my surgery. It’s not the consistency that regular oatmeal has. I figured out the less water you put in the more. It seems like regular oatmeal. The maple brown sugar is really good. I have two others at home different taste that I’m looking forward to try. The taste is good. If you wanted a little sweeter, sprinkle a little splendor on it and you’re good to go!

Powder that mimics oatmeal from clumping
I had no idea this was not real oatmeal. It’s a powder that gets lumpy the more it sits after adding boiling water. So gross!!! I went to return it but since I had to open one packet to try it they want pictures etc. not making easy! A review is easiest for me.

Taste funny
The oatmeal, is it really oat meal, has been milled to death! In fact it has a light chemical taste😭 I’m steering clear of this one. Now where is my Quaker Oats…….

It doesn't taste like regular oatmeal but I did not expect that it would but it does taste good and with only 1 gram of sugar as a diabetic I can enjoy it guilt free.

This oatmeal is not that filling for breakfast it has a different kind of texture but that could just be because it is for bariatric patients. Easy on the stomache.
