If you are really lazy to go to gym to use treadmill, this is the best option for you. It's worth the money paid. The build quality is good. There is no much noise while using it. Few other home treadmill I used is not good as this. Only one issue I found is the rubber bush is not very strong and can break and come out. But there is a workaround. I just warapped it with a tape and now it's all good. If you have practice walking in treadmill, you will be able to manage without the grab handle (which is not there in this model). The product doesn't like a cheap item and the body is strong enough. The remote also works efficiently. Ofcourse the jogpad - 5 will be a better one if you budget but this is also a best option if you plan only to walk and not to run. Note: It comes with US kind of square plug. Buy a 200 rupees plug converter to solve this.

There is absolutely no customer service from the company that sells this product, you have to figure everything out yourself. The other big problem is, once you fold it in half you cannot slide it under a bed or under any furniture because the bottom grips the floor and if you slide it the bottom gets damaged. So storing it neatly away is problematic. Other than that it is a nice tool for daily exercise when you don’t have time or energy to go out.

Easily to fold and assemble right out of the box. The app install and usage is simple as well. The remote is handy and the transition between speeds is smooth. Good way to get your steps indoors.

A technician visited my home and confirmed that the missing stoppers were the source of the problem. However, PowerMax's customer support made matters significantly worse. "Elina," the representative, informed me that I was exceeding the treadmill's weight limit, despite the product description stating a maximum capacity of 100kg. She claimed a 25% "buffer" limited the actual usable weight to 75kg, rendering the advertised capacity misleading. Furthermore, she insisted I should have placed a mat under the treadmill to prevent movement, even though it's marketed as a movable unit. When I questioned this, she simply repeated that it was in the manual. It's frustrating that crucial information like this is buried in the fine print rather than being clearly stated in the product description. To add insult to injury, the replacement stoppers have a one-month delivery time, leaving me with an unusable treadmill for an extended period. The customer support I received was unhelpful and rude, with the representative repeatedly asking irrelevant questions. This PowerMax treadmill has been a complete waste of money and a potential safety hazard. I urge potential buyers to be extremely cautious and thoroughly research this product before purchasing. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding PowerMax products altogether.

I recently purchased the walk pad and it had been a great addition to my workout routine. It doesn’t take up much space and super easy to set up and operate. However, there is one significant drawback that I couldn’t overlook. During a recent power outage at my place, I was was walking on the Walkpad when suddenly the power cutoff and I was thrown off the belt. Thankfully, I was not injured, but it was a concerning experience. If the walkpad had a handle it would have provided extra stability and a means to quickly regain balance during such unexpected situations.
