I lose the sound, they keep falling off my ears ?

They are somewhat moldable. Put them in hot water and tighten around your ears. Keep working with them until they accept the new form.

There are no instructions. how does it go on and twist to my ears ? is there a left and right? do i put it at the top or bottom of the stem ?

There is a left and right. The Airpods Pros would simply slip into the hole.

I ordered the night glo blue but they do not look blue at all, even at night. Am I supposed to keep them in the sun or light to "charge" them?

I ordered the white ones so I am not sure about the glo ones, sorry.

Estos ganchos también me sirven para unos earbuds Mopw?

No, solo se adaptarán a los Airpods de Apple.
