Best single serve brew machine buy it
I bought this for ground coffee and tea leaves. This saves me so much money. I read the directions and found it easy to understand and use. The frothing is a nice touch for milk teas and lattes. I only wish i could buy more magnetic mugs to go with it as you only get one

Turns into a desk ornament after a couple uses.
Bought the maker w/ frothier to bring to work so i have something better than nasty work coffee. With the hope that i can have a long term usage to actually have decent coffee at work. The brewer is noisy, like the Db as an electric pencil grinder from the early 2000s. The fill area for water is so narrow that my plan of keeping a big jug of water near it was quickly shot down. You have to use a small cup to get a clean pour without making a mess all over the top of the maker. The Frother barely froths, AT ALL. You have to run it multiple times to just get even a foamy milk or creamer. But even if you do get it to froth, after a couple of days it stops working all together. The heating element works still, however the magnet mechanism to spin the wheel inside the cup just gives up after a few days. Even with thorough cleaning it wont work the same as it did the FIRST use.The heating element for the frother works.... well it just works. Its good for reheating your cold coffee and that's about it.The entire unit feels cheap, the mug feels even cheaper. This is a 30 dollar unit, not a 70 dollar unit.Do Yourself a favor and buy a cheaper 50 dollar single serve coffee machine, and spend 10-20 dollars on an independent frother. You'll be much better off.

Versatile & Compact
I'm impressed by this cool little gadget. It provides a lot of options; kcups to loose grounds, hot or cold, hot or cold froth or not. Easy to operate. Easy to clean. I was specifically looking for a compact coffee & tea pod device & it is. Only thing I'm concerned about is the glass container. I don't seem to find a replacement option in case I break it. Would prefer a more unbreakable structure. Based on that torn between 4 & 5 stars.

Cute machine, but buy with a discount or coupon.
Overall, I like the size and ease of use. I do find the coffee a bit mild. This is my first time using a kcup so I’m not sure if it’s me or the machine. I prefer espresso 🤷🏾♂️. The frothier works well hot or cold but I usually cycle it twice to get a good foam. Cup was plastic, not glass as advertised. Additional basket makes a decent cup of coffee. Strength of coffee doesn’t compare to using my espresso machine. The K Cup teas are great. A little overpriced for the quality.

Great... until the cheap cup breaks
**Edit** After 3-4 months of occasional use and meticulous care, it broke. The machine itself, not the cup. Taking back 2 stars because it’s super cheap.Great product for the price will give 5 stars when buying a replacement frother cup is an option. Very fragile, cheap parts in the frother cup, it's only a matter of time until it breaks.

Stopped working properly within a week - died all together within 2 weeks
This worked a handful of times and then died. Within a few days I had to try to initiate a coffee cycle over and over to get it to run at all. Then it died all together. It was terrible. Aside from failing - I also didn’t like that you have to fill the water reservoir for every cup. I switched to a Keurig with a larger water reservoir and am much happier.

I enjoy my morning Latte!
I make a latte before work to begin my day. This is very easy to use and you can use any k cups or your own coffee in the included little basket as well. My only quip would be that you can only use the glass made especially for it and I’m afraid of breakage. Otherwise, I love starting my day with my latte from this machine.its easy, pretty quick and easy to keep clean as well.

Not an espresso/latte maker.
I bought this to make lattés. Kinda disappointed on multiple levels. The hot frother doesn't heat the milk to hot. I bought ground espresso but it brews VERY light, even lighter than if I'd used regular coffee. So I have to heat the milk up in the microwave 1st. Then froth and brew. I have to add instant espresso after all that because the brew is so light the milk is still white and has no coffee flavor. To be fair, it is very simple to use. If I was looking for a single serve coffee maker I'd probably be happy. But latté maker, no.
