Vibrant, but feels oilbased...
Im medium brown toned. The colors are beautiful, I had to apply multiple times to build the colors. It felt oilbased, and I had to layer outlining colors to achieve solid lines.

Decent stuff
Nicely pigmented and easy to work with. The thin brush that comes with this is nice. My only complaint would be that some of the blues don't load on brushes or sponges as quickly as the other colors.
