This is the very Best tasting Chickpea flour I have ever had!!!!! The flour is always fresh and never clumpy, and I use it in so many different recipes. It is truly delicious! This company is excellent and most highly recommended!

I got this to try making vegan omelettes and it works fine! Good value and certainly cheaper than eggs right now.

I am waiting for my second package to arrive today and it is twice the size. So, I like it a lot. I am fairly new to cooking with "other" flours and some can be tricky but this is my favorite. I use it to make peanut butter cookies which are absolutely divine! My goal was to eat better and cut down on carbs and other bad stuff. This is helping me do that. I absolutely love this flour and if you are worried about taste, don't be. I have never eaten chickpeas and am fairly certain that I would not like them if I did. So don't be afraid, I have made lots of things with this flour so far and been very happy with results.

This products is great, the bottles were slightly dented but seals were intact would definitely order again... the fennel candy that was packed with the product was a nice surprise and quite tasty wonderful I had never tried these before and will probably buy some once I finish the complimentary packets.
