“good book helped me do a dino experiment now i know that pterosaurs keep in groups”- that’s my sons review! Parent review- bought this for my 10 year old son who LOVES dinosaurs and Dino Dana. This book did not disappoint! He has so many Dino books and this book actually has tons of information he didn’t already know, which is impressive! The book is made extremely well. The pages are thick and glossy. There’s a few blank pages at the end for his own notes. Great size for him to throw in his backpack for his own adventures. Perfect gift for any Dino lover, boy or girl! Awesome value! Highly recommend!

My 3 yo asked Santa for a dino field guide for Christmas. He and his 5 yo brother are HUGE Dino Dan, Trek, and Dana fans. I bought both volumes and they were so excited to see them under the tree. We read them together at least every other day, but they often thumb through them themselves a little bit each day. Well put together books and easy for young kids to follow and recount episodes from the show.

I had hoped for something that would be just fun for my six year grandson who is nuts for dinosaurs. I had NO idea how wonderful these two volumes were going to be. The amount of knowledge that is presented for each dino is perfect for his age group. We pick one dino and read the pages, then he gets to watch the episode of the Dino Dana that corespondents with those pages. After the viewing, he is right back at the book(s) to memorize the pronunciation, information, and facts. THEN, he wanted to create his own dino field guide, which we are now providing him the raw materials to do. I am hoping that the producers of these fine books and TV series continue the line. SUPER EDUCATIONAL and SUPER FUN!

If your child loves dinosaurs & Dino Dana, he or she will LOVE this book. My son can’t stop carrying it around, poring over its pages, and showing it off. It’s made to look like a true field guide with smudges, smears, and “taped” in pics and snippets of info. He especially loves the place for his name written in on the title page — “This field guide belongs to _______”

We love Dino Dana in our house. I often say we'll read one dino experiment at bedtime, then 5 or 6 experiments later I finally say we have to go to bed! It truly helps me communicate with some of my dino efficienato students at school and I know the information that I have is accurate. The book is of good quality.

Birthday present for my dino obsessed kid. She has the first volume and reads it all the time. She wants you to know that there are animals that are not dinosaurs in this book. Still cool prehistoric animals, but if your kid is a dinosaur purist, they won’t find the smiledon and mammoth parts are interesting. we gave this to our kid right before a 90 minute car trip. The only thing we heard all trip was “did you know?!” facts.

Imprescindible para los fans del programa DINO DANA. Mi hijo de 4 años ama este libro y ya perdí la cuenta de las veces que lo hemos leído. Está en inglés. Habla de las características de cada dinosaurio (como si fueran las anotaciones de Dana) y de un "dino experiment" que prácticamente es el resumen del capítulo de la serie donde se plantea una pregunta acerca del dinosaurio y lo resuelve de manera creativa. Un acierto total y ya pedí el volumen 2 para el cumple de mi niño. Va a alucinar!

My 6 yo loves it!!! -especially after seeing the movie!! can wait for the field guide coming out soon! highly recommended in follow up to volume 1. delivered super fast and in perfect condition!
