We use powdered milk in one of our breadmaker recipes. We buy this and store in a Kilner jar. Good product.

This was recommended by a doctor as my elderly mother had been loosing weight & had lost her appetite. It can be added to soups, yogurt, hot drinks, puddings etc . It mixes in well without lumps. Thankfully mum’s weight has been increasing gradually. I would recommend this 100%.

I always like to have some milk powder in the cupboard in case of emergencies and this is much better value than the branded type in drums. I put a few tablespoons in a container of porridge as well to save time in the morning. Just put some of the porridge and milk powder mixture in a bowl, add water and pop it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. Some fruit and yoghurt on top to cool it down and you've got the perfect breakfast for a cold morning.

This is a product that is what it says on the tin and more. The taste is excellent if anything it's slightly more creamy than whole milk. Can be used in drinks or on it's own. Easy to make but you do need a whisk when mixing to get a good consistency. Highly recommended.
