These puzzle mats? A BLESSING. A MIRACLE. A FOAMY SQUARE HUG FROM THE FITNESS GODS. I laid these down and suddenly my floor was like, “Welcome to your new gym, queen.” Meanwhile, before this, my floor was strictly used for existential dread and stretching. First Impressions Thick. Soft. Sturdy. Like little foam clouds that snap together better than my life ever has. I put them down like a giant toddler doing a puzzle, and boom — instant home gym realness. Using Them I’ve worked out on them, dropped weights on them, done planks on them, and even collapsed dramatically onto them after squats. And guess what? • My knees said THANK YOU. • My elbows said THANK YOU. • My tailbone said OH BLESSED RELIEF. They stay in place even when I’m doing chaotic cardio that looks like I’m fighting invisible bees. Durability These mats survived: • A weighted vest workout • My kids using them as “lava floor tiles” • My dog doing zoomies • Sweaty workouts • Being wiped down aggressively because cleanliness is a personality trait now Still look brand new. Noise Reduction I swear my neighbors think I moved out because these mats eat sound like a vacuum for drama. Pros • Thick and comfy • Easy to snap together • Covers a big space • Great for weights, yoga, HIIT, stretching, and collapsing • Easy to clean • Durable like they’ve seen some things Cons • You’ll start adding more pieces because suddenly you’re “expanding the gym” • Your kids will absolutely steal pieces for forts Final Verdict If you want to turn any room into a workout zone (or at least a safe place to flop dramatically after leg day), GET THESE MATS. They’re comfy, sturdy, and make you feel like you’ve got your life together even if you don’t.

Does the job as advertised. The cuts are machined well to the point where interlocking works great and doesn't leave any stray bits or bumps. The mats are able to stay in place, and are soft enough to make standing on them barefoot tolerable. The pattern is bland, uninteresting, as it should be. They massively improve the look of the floor they currently adorn, and can support a decent amount of weight. The only negative I'll call out is that there appears to be an oily residue on the surface that needs to be wiped down after install, or you will track it around the house. This is an easy fix, and does not measurably detract from what is a solid product that should in theory stand the test of time. I am not familiar with this specific brand. Overall, for the price and quality, I am very pleased with this product, and can recommend it to anyone looking for interlocking foam tiles/mats.

Excellent performance and look. It’s got a thick foam feel, not rubber, though the foam springs back up over a day or so after having heavy weights left on it. It’s very tough wearing and we’ve had it for about a year. It’s very easy to assemble in an afternoon.

I like these. The depth is good, the only caution is that they are a bit slippery.

Great mat. Easy to put together and feels comfortable to work out on. It has good thickness and protects the floor well. Definitely a good buy.

This puzzle exercise mat is very easy to assemble and durable. Perfect for ease of pressure on different joints like knees and wrists. Great for most workouts. The only thing is the grip isn’t great for shoes for certain angles and your feet just slide

I have these in my workout room for all my equipment its great ! I have a pull up bar, treadmill and parallel bars and some free weights on top of them and with all of these and there has been no tearing or pulling apart and all the equipment has stayed stable. They offer great support and are thick enough that you don't need to worry about the floor underneath. Super easy to clean as well I usually sweep the use a damp microfiber mop to clean them off there is no odor as well. I really feel like I am in a gym with how neat these look in the room and they have great functionality beyond a work out mat. I used them on the floor when needed to drag a treadmill from one room to the next without scratching the floor.

Great product, very easy to use and even cut to size you need. Perfect for our basement gym. Lots of cushion!

Très belle surface pour le prix. Toutes les pièces s'emboîtent parfaitement, les dalles sont agréables pour marcher et ont l'air de bonne qualité. Les rebords inclus permettent de rendre la surface plus propre c'est super. Petit doute si les dalles peuvent supporter des machines lourdes sur le long terme. Je n'ai rien de très lourd donc aucun soucis de mon côté. Je recommande sans problème 👍
