Tasty, easier than making from scratch, long shelf life.
Very tasty sauce, nice easy alternative to making it from scratch which I've tried and failed so bought this and it's perfect for easy poached eggs and nice with fish. Also it has a long shelf life once opened.

Acrid.
I found this sauce to be distasteful,the lemon was sour and too strong and the overall taste was old and bad,like something left in the pantry too long.

Expensive but opulent!
I like this on salmon, my favourite! It's nice and thick and creamy has a quirky sweet ish vanilla taste to it, that's really rather nice! Expensive, but lovely!

Artificial fragrance and flavour
A product of shockingly low quality, smelling and tasting artificially or chemically even. The texture is that of skin cream and the flavour - if it can even be called that - is not too dissimilar either.
