I love this hammock
I don’t know why all the negative reviews. I love this hammock. It is comfy and robust, made of that canvas material so it can be left out in the rain and it drys off quickly. It looks great too. It came with a fixing straps for a tree (which I didn’t use but very strong) and white nylon ropes which I did use, with sturdy stainless steel S hooks. Photos show I have one end on the tree and the other end on the shed attached to some steel brackets screwed to the shed. I have also added carabiner style clips for easy dismantling. It works well. Just right for me and I am 200 pounds- though I wouldn’t try two people.

Buyer beware
Much shorter packaging than i expected, thats because, there are no spreader bars, i do prefer, the spreader bar sort, however i will keep these, simply because, i waited nearly an extra week for delivery. Would have been a great buy, if as described.

No wooden spreaders
The hammock took a long time to arrive and doesn't have wooden spreaders as described. Fabric not very robust and no fixings to secure thankfully kept my previous ones. Hopefully it will last a few months.

Good for one summer
Unfortunately no instructions and really would have been helpful. Weave was quite loose, was expecting more of a canvas from description

Not as advertised
Extremely disappointed as i waited over a month for the hammock to arrived so summer was coming to end anyway, the hammock was without the wooden slats as advertised and just had poor quality support ropes. I have contacted the seller and amazon for a refund and still waiting to hear back would not recommend or use this seller in future.

Best Purchase this year
I nearly did not purchase this as the delivery date seemed a long way off - the seller came back to say it would be sooner and honestly, when the weather is fine there is always someone in the hammock. Great!
