I injured my knee, and I wanted to avoid the time and expense of Physical Therapy. This DVD was like having your own in house therapist. Knee healed up quickly.

This DVD strengthens your quads and that is what I need. I have only done the first two programs on this DVD in preparation for total knee surgeries down the road. Once I have mastered this DVD I will be buying another one of theirs.The people from this company are great to do business with. no floor work
I love the grow young fitness line. I love how this is truly for beginners, no floor work, really for older people who are really not fit. does not come with the bands, but you can purchase them later. I suggest you try to work through each routine a few times before using the bands anyway. really helps my knees.

Overcharged for one CD
Can’t believe I paid 39.95 for one CD that was designed for seniors for knee exercises. My bad for not realizing this was all it was. Sad that being a senior with a knee issue I was in my opinion overcharged for this item.
