White Plastic Soap Dish

I really like this soap dish with it being plastic and draining. The only thing that might be an issue is it's on the small size so a very large soap bar may not fit well.

I had first purchased a really cool looking soap dish for my new shower that had a teak grid the soap rested on. With a few weeks black clumpy stuff started growing on the teak. It was so disgusting. Alternate Plan B -- went with the classic standard soap dish. Highly functional. Comes apart easily for rinsing out. Soap does not stew in its juices but is held up above the bottom of the item. Narrow enough to fit on the shelf of the shower niche. Not ceramic, which if fell in a shower would be a hazardous event. There is something to be said for a classic design. No plastic frogs or little mushrooms painted on, just the real deal. Functional, not breakable and easy to keep looking fresh. Excellent item.

I was reluctant to buy this, because there weren't any reviews. But, I couldn't find a soap container that drained to a bottom holding container in a style I liked. There are so few to chose from. They're common in Asian countries, but not here in America. I don't know why, because they're so practical. I didn't want to wait a month for one to ship from China or Japan, so I went with this one. I also use Vegan soaps, and it's a must for them to dry out, or they'll get sticky and gooey. After buying my first Uviviu Soap Box I was so impressed that I ordered another for the kids bathroom. Here's why I love this: 1. The quality is exceptional. This is not your typical cheap plastic. There are NO defects whatsoever in this product. It's literally perfect. It's a hard matte plastic like material -polypropylene to be exact. This stuff is tough, and not very breakable. It's great for a bathroom like mine with four kids and a clumsy hubby. 2. The design allows for water to stay far away from the soap bar. It really does drain to the underneath container. The only necessary thing to do is empty the bottom container when it fills with water. It hold a lot of water, too. 3. It's stylish and simple. It doesn't look cheap at all. Yes, it's definitely worth the price tag.

I like this for the design. It's clean, unobtrusive, does what it's supposed to do. Other reviewers have pointed out some issues: a bit too small, and hard to separate the tray from the case. It should be a good size for most soap, but for whatever reasons Ivory makes soap bars that are about a 1/4 inch or so too long for this tray. I ended up just snapping the soap in half so it would fit. The tray is tricky to extract once you've snapped it in. I tried it out when I first got it and had to use a letter-opening pried into a drainage slot to get it loose. I'll have to see how often I need to open it up for a proper cleaning. That said, I went and bought a second one because I have such a hard time finding a non-leaking soap tray that looks nice and the quirks of this dish aren't terrible.

Bought two. One for the shower and one for the sink. Small and inexpnsive and doesn’t take up much counter space

Works really well. Keeps me from dropping the soap. As an inmate at the Michigan Correctional Center, that is a good thing. Do not drop the soap there…ever!

Difficult to lift top of soap dish off to clean it. Bought because I needed small size soap dish.

Great value, well-designed, great color, durable, and of great quality

It does tge job. It is a basic plastic soap tray with dish. Could have bought at Kmart. Nothing special

From packaging to product quality, everything is perfect.
