Pros; this comes with a second print of the image. It's folded to fit into the box, but when unfolded, it's the same size as the puzzle itself - helpful for folks like me who need glasses. Also, the back of the puzzle has grids of printed letters so if you get stuck, you can flip things over and match pieces that way.Cons; the puzzle was darker than the image, leaving most of the upper corners basically black, without the cool background detail that's visibile in the image. Additionally, the wooden backing (thin luan) is actually (in my opinion) a bad design idea as it causes hard, sharp edges which scrape the other puzzle pieces during shipping. There were some pieces that had small nicks on their corners, exposing the white paper beneath the cover image, which stood out in decent contrast to the mostly dark image.I was excited to get this puzzle and maybe frame it. Now that I've bought/assembled it, I'll just disassemble it and put it away. It's not a bad puzzle, but it didn't live up to what I thougth it was going to be.

At first I loved the puzzle. It seemed like it was great quality until I started putting it together and realized there were broken pieces.

We are putting it together, but this is the craziest most difficult puzzle ever! It is cool and necessary to have a poster of the puzzle that is the exact size as the puzzle, but so much of the puzzle is so dark, you cant well see the piece or what to look for. Because of that, they have also put letters on the backside, so you can attempt to put it together that way as well. I have found that I have to try both front and back, and often have to remove pieces because I see the the backside doesnt match up even though the front looks right. If we had a glass table to put it together, that would really help!

I completed Sections A-G and there are two pieces missing, one in Section C and one in G. Also, I have an extra piece for Section C. The pieces are very sturdy and the letters on the back are very helpful for the darker areas. They should rethink Letter H, not matter what way you turn the piece it's letter H. I will try to get a refund of this item since there is nothing I can do to fill in the missing pieces.

A fantastic addition to my garage wall! I love how this puzzle is made of wood and not cardboard. This puzzle has a "guide" on the back to assure every piece is put in the correct place.

Image is significantly darker than shown. Really disappointing as I wanted to frame it and hang in my bar, but it's so dark it just looks like a solid black rectangle from more than 5-6 feet back. Mines much darker than some of the images posted in other reviews. No missing pieces though, but I did have an extra (2x of the same) so I fully believe others likely are missing pieces.

The construction is top quality, but if your idea of a jig saw puzzle is bright graphics with many unique piece shapes, don't buy this one. The graphics are dark. I knew that from the picture on line. I took that as a challenge. The assembly is the BIG issue. You have to assemble it upside down using letters imprinted on the pieces by section. I am used to the traditional process of looking at the graphics and working with the piece's shape to build the puzzle. That sucked the fun right out of a product that should have been fun.In summary, 40% more expensive and 90% less enjoyable.I will never buy from this company again.

love it nice puzzle

When I received my package the outside box looked like it had 2 straps tightly around it and so when I opened it the inside box, which is the puzzle box looked the same because of how tight the "straps" were around out. Thankfully the pieces themselves are okay though.
