BAMBOO LAND- Large Bamboo Cutting Board with Containers, Food Prep Station, Cutting Board with Storage

This is very sturdy and it's much more than just an average cutting board. Here's my top 5 reason why I bought this board - 1. One side of the board also has the Juice Groove. This is my third cutting board and the first two were just flat boards. I am putting this as #1 because I didn't realize how helpful it is to have a Juice Groove, especially when cutting fruits such as Watermelon, Pineapple where I am juggling between cutting the fruit and making sure the juice doesn't drip on my countertop (FYI: I am still learning my way in the kitchen). 2. With the trays I can separate out the veggies without taking my hand off the board 3. With 4 different graders that fit perfectly on the board, I can use them to slice/grade straight in the tray 4. The trays come with a cover so I can cut veggies in one go and just take the tray and fridge it for the next day. 5. Made out of 100% eco-friendly untreated Bamboo and free from chemicals.

I can't say enough good about this product truly. It looks cute on the counter, has four different graters, a hole for trash, beautiful quality, I love this thing!

Bought it as a gift for a family member who is learning how to cook. The containers make prep very easy! Cleaning the containers is easy because we just put on the top rack dishwasher. The cutting board is bigger hence harder to clean. Overall, highly recommended!

First off when i received the product it was comforting to see the quality of the packaging. I work in the transportation industry and can say usually a sign that the product is cheap is by the packaging or lack of that it comes in (pictures of box included). Being an entire family on a plant based diet, knives cutting boards, vegetable graters etc., are part of every meal we eat. The product actually is of a better quality than the description. We have tried several different boards, storage containers and brands. By far this product is better put together and overall better quality than some high end well know brands of products. The ease of use for meal prep and storage are unmatched at this point in comparison. Sustainable bamboo! In putting this product through the paces so far so good. As with anything you purchase of own, you take care of it, it will take care of you. If you do all those things and have an issue reach out to seller. At this point we are happy with the purchase. I am also purchasing a couple more for family members.

This cutting board has a number of very useful features that save me time and effort whenever I prepare a meal. The bamboo surface is rugged and easy to keep clean during food preparation as well as in between uses. It is not over large or heavy, so it is easy to store in a cupboard and move to wherever you find most convenient to work. The four plastic containers let you quickly shift from one food item to the next, and can be closed with the bamboo lid and put back into its storage slot or into the refrigerator until ready to use. The lids are not air-tight, but will keep anything from falling into the container and plastic wrap can be used to cover the container for an air-tight seal, with the bamboo lid on top. The four different grating or slicing plates are quick and easy to swap out and are very sharp, so be careful while using or cleaning them to avoid cutting yourself. In addition, small plastic adhesive feet are provided that you can attach to keep the cutting board above the counters and stop it from shifting. Personally, I found them to be unnecessary and a small towel can be used if you want to protect the counter or tabletop from water/juice, scratches or to stop the cutting board from shifting. Cleaning and proper maintenance of the bamboo is important, so follow the directions that come with this cutting board. Be certain to clean it immediately after each use and dry it before storing it. Ensure that no food or juices are left on the cutting board or inside the storage slots. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE! DRY COMPLETELY AFTER CLEANING!

Update: I threw this thing away, it’s a bulky bamboo shoebox and I’m tired of trying to clean it. Do yourself a favor and buy a regular cutting board and a mandolin slicer. Review below still stands. This “Luxury” cutting board is ok at best. The stowable trays are a neat idea and the built in interchangeable blade system is kinda cool. Beyond that, it’s a bit impractical and cumbersome. For starters, I only received one lid for the tupperware trays. The grater and slicers dispense whatever you’re cutting into a small part of the tray so it piles up and can’t really be used for large volumes of slicing or grating at a time. The included gripper that is supposed to slide along rails on the slicer is tiny and if you’re slicing anything bigger than a baby bell cheese, it won’t ride on the tracks and doesn’t grip food very well. There isn’t much real estate on the board after taking away all that room for the slicer so this isn’t really suited to cooking for more than 1, maybe 2 people. Considering how bulky the board is with the compartments, it’s hard to clean in the sink, and the slicer platform bit has a bunch of nooks and crannies just begging to accumulate bits of food and get moldy. The mechanism for the slicer thickness adjustment looks flimsy and will probably break after a fair amount of use. I prefer using a regular knife, cutting board, and grater. Since I bought this, I’ve used it 2 times. Waste of space.

Ok if you are a person that likes to cook using freshly prepared vegetables this cutting board is a must. If you use it smartly it greatly speeds up prep time. My only issue is I wish the trays held more sometimes when prepping for stews I run out of room. Then again nothing is perfect or maybe I just cook too much, probably why I'm getting fat. All in all this is a perfect cutting board for your kitchen cleaning is quick and easy. It's sturdy enough to hold up to my heavy handedness and makes a great gift. Infact if anyone is feeling generous I would love to have another one lol.

Great quality board, quite heavy. Drawer function is awesome, easy to use, and easy to clean. Comes with clear instructions for care. Would recommend.

frame is nice and sturdy by rubber grippers on bottom fallen off after 1 use, and for the graters sitting in place needs to be a little more secure as the same goes with the lids on the containers, a seal would be an idea around the edge of the lid

I received the item today, didn’t expect the quality to be that good, the storage part is wonderful, love it .
