So I was ill and no way was I going to let the illness win. I had a temperature, felt weak, etc.. anyway so I had lemon, ginger drank lots of water and decided to add this... I had this as soon as it came and had lots of it that night.. the following day - I had it but boiled lots more of it in with lemon, ginger and added astralagus. I think I definitely overdid it and had a bit of an overdose + I think the lemon and ginger were contraindications because I felt light headed, my entire body was tingling and developed a temperature.. I cold showered, did some breathing exercises, ate good food and went to bed.. the next day though - I was good as new!!! So I would say it did it’s work. It even cleared out my blocked nose (almost so much it was dry)! I’ll be careful about the portion (follow the instructions - more doesn’t mean better). And be careful about what you mix it with!

Sono rimasto deluso pensavo di acquistare il ginseng, Per vendere scrivono bio ginseng, ma la colpa è mia perchè dovevo leggere l'etichetta del prodotto, ma devo essere onesto il prodotto e buono, a questo punto la strategia di vendita ha funzionato, mi ha fatto conoscere un buon prodotto, bravi

Je vous le recommande absolument ! Sur moi cette plante est hyper efficace ! Je commence 10 jours avant les règles, 10g dans l'eau bouillante pendant 5 minutes puis infuser pendant 30 mn, une fois par jours, cela supprime tous mes syndromes prémenstruels. Si les règles n'arrivent que tout petit peu (des goutes des traces), j'ajoute 5g d'agripaume (Motherwort) pour les 2 premiers jours des règles, efficace ! Le gout est horrible, mais je supporte, c'est mieux que syndromes prémenstruels ...
