Personalized Karate Taekwondo Duffel Gym Bag - Embroidered (Royal Blue)

Would've given them 4 stars but their customer service is non-existent. I tried cancelling my order literally 5 seconds after placing it bc I realized it auto filled my previous NY address and I had just moved out of state the week before. When I wrote to them explaining I just wanted to reorder with my correct address, NO answer whatsoever. I tried again a couple of days later and asked them to just change the address they use on the package themselves, but again NO reply. Finally after it bounced around I received it and it was thin enough to be smushed into my mailbox and was very thin upon opening. The bag itself is cute and my 6 year old stepson loves it, but he has no idea about quality and I'm anticipating this thing won't last more than 1 or 2 more annual karate tournaments...

This bag is plenty big enough to fit my son's sparring gear. At first, it looks like it might be a bit on the small side, but it actually works out quite well. The smaller size actually makes it easier for a lil' person (7yr old boy) to carry around, as opposed to a larger bag that has tons of empty space that simply makes it harder to carry. I've also joined TKD and when it comes time for me to get my own sparring gear, I'll order this same bag for myself! I don't foresee any issues of this same size bag being able to hold adult male (5'10") gear. Basically, use the torso protective gear as the cradle or bundle to hold the remaining sparring gear, then place the bundle in the bag. There should be room to spare!The bag also has an outside pocket (where the embroidery resides), but I don't foresee using that pocket for much.The options for embroidery were sufficient with a good selection of colors and fonts. The quality of the stitching is nothing to complain about, it seems tight. We're very happy with the size, color, materials, etc. This made for a great gift that is also very practical.As noted in the subject line, the bag arrived in 12 days. Ordered Jan 9th. Arrived Jan 21st.The only thing that caught me off guard was how compact the bag was when shipped. I didn't realize what it was when the package arrived! That's just a side observation and not a critique of the product. I have no critique of the shipping/packaging.

Great bag. It fits all of our 6 year old's sparring gear with room to spare. Son loves that it has his name on it. The shoulder strap is a little thin and wish that it wasn't sewn on so I could replace with a better one, but overall, really happy with it.

It is really nice...embroidery is handsome...grandson loves it...it is perfect size for overnighter for clothes etc...but not for all their class gear...

I am so happy with the product. All of my son's sparring gear fit perfectly in the bag. He loves it! I like how there are pockets on the outside too. The embroidery was very well done. Thank you!

The bag was the best size to hold all of my son's sparring gear, mouth piece and competition uniform/change of clothes.

My son loves this bag for his karate class. It fits everything he needs perfectly. It has a front pocket that is perfect for his water. He also loves that it has his name on it.

Great bag. I love it. I’m not sure why some reviews say the communication was poor. I wrote them shortly after placing my order to make sure I spelled my name correctly, and they responded within the hour. Great product, excellent communication, and best part is I got my bag a week before the expected shipping! 😬Thank you so much.
