Not worth the price!
The flavors don't justify the price but it is a good cheese.

Wretched, overpriced and rancid
Absolutely horrible. Bought as a gift despite the ridiculous price: 8 oz of "French" cheese for over $50. It arrived in a box marked "Perishable", however the recipient had no idea it was there, thus who knows how long it sat in the summer heat. Refrigerated immediately and upon opening, had a pungent ammonia smell. Apparently smell can dissipate but this did not. Some of the rind was wet and crumbled. Taste was revolting. Of course it could not be returned so my attempt at doing something special was a huge waste of money and a total disappointment. Just don't!!
