I bought this litter box in the smaller size (20"x15"x5") for my two rabbits, one of whom has arthritis in his hips. This is a very high-quality, sturdy litter box. The opening makes it easily accessible, which both of my rabbits appreciate. It is expensive, but I highly doubt it will ever break from normal use.This size is just a little too small for my rabbits with the opening in the back and with their hay in the other end. I think it would be the right size if the opening was on the side, like in the larger size box. However, I think that the sizing issue is really due to my very particular rabbits- they insist on having their litter box in the center of their pen so I can't try a hay rack with them. My boy bun is also a standard-large size. I think this size box is a good size for mini or dwarf breeds, or even standard breeds who use a hay rack.However, I really wanted to write a review because I had a great experience with this seller. I reached out to her about the issues I was having with the size of the box for my rabbits, and she was very responsive, understanding, and eager to help me make things work.Overall, I think this is a great product from a great seller.

This litter box is perfect for two of my older cats, low entry plus lots of room in box.

One of my bunnies (I have two) has spinal arthritis and recently had an accident that's resulted in nerve damage to one of her hind legs. My bunnies are my life and I needed to find a way to make my special needs bun more comfortable. They each have tempur-pedic beds and lots of blankets etc etc. Then I read a forum that suggested flat litter boxes that are easy for the buns to jump in and out of. I found these and I cannot say this enough: THESE LITTER BOXES ARE A MUST HAVE. Especially if you have a special needs bun! They are huge, they are adorable, and they are very easy for my bunnies to get in and out of. My buns are each 8-10lbs and can comfortably fit into one of these litter boxes together no problem. Furthermore, one of my litter boxes came cracked and there's some weird options listed as far as trying to return/refund damaged items. I was pretty frustrated and disappointed because I was really looking forward to each of my bunnies having their own litter box. I sent a message to the seller expressing how upset I was. She responded to me so quickly and completely resolved all of my complaints/concerns. She definitely cares about her customers and will do everything she can to resolve any issues. I've never had a better experience with a seller, especially after how clearly frustrated I was in the email that I sent. If you have a similar issue for whatever reason, I suggest taking a breather (I know we all get pretty defensive about our bunnies) and messaging the seller just explaining what happened. She will help you to the best of her ability. I'm extremely impressed by this seller and this product. I cannot recommend these litter boxes enough. A must have for any and all bunny parents. Once I get things set up, I'll edit this review with a picture of my buns using their new litter boxes.

I don’t ever write reviews but I needed to for this. I bought this back in September for my bunny and I love it! Super cute and easy to clean! I wanted to go back and buy another one but when I looked they are now $44! I only paid $29 for mine just two months ago. I am shocked at how much this company (not saying amazon) has raised the prices. It’s almost now double the price of what I paid for. What changed that made y’all had to raise the prices THAT much? I would’ve love to buy this product again. I just can’t justify buying it for $44.

I have had cats off and on most of my life. I’ve always hated sticking my head into the covered cat box to scoop out the litter. My cat is 13+ and has a bit of arthritis, so I thought I’d get her a box she didn’t have to jump in and out of. This box is great! She can step directly in or out of it and scooping her waste has never been easier. I’ve had this litter box now for about a year. It’s super easy to clean and I find I scoop more frequently because it’s so easy to do. Every now and then she’ll do a burnout and the laundry room will look a bit like a beach, but I keep a mini dustpan and brush right by her litter box so I can sweep up any litter that might end up outside the box. I will never get a traditional cat box again. This is an exceptional litter box for a senior cat, or one that might have mobility issues.

This box is perfect for our 6 lb rex rabbit, 7 yr old bunno. She fits in it comfortably when she wants to nap and we love it because it's easy to clean. (Liners help!) We needed a litter box with a lower entry lip because she was having some difficulty hopping into the regular boxes. It's lightweight too! Definitely recommend this box.
