How can I get more score sheets for my Balderdash game ?

If you have a couple sheets left I would say make copies or check eBay. Often people that do not have all the pieces to a game in parts like the sheets for this game or the tiles for scrabble and such. Hope that helps.

Does this new version have completely different cards/questions to "Beyond Balderdash"?

Yes. It also goes beyond the original with new categories. Lots of fun. We have both!

I'm a fifth grade teacher and I'm looking for games that would be good for my students. Could 10 and 11 year olds play this?

In my opinion, this game would be a little complex for 10-11 year old kids. I would suggest scattergories, pictionary junior, apples to apples junior, or word on the street. I would think an appropriate age for this game would be 14-16+
