Does it foam? Some reviews say no not much, others say it does…?

It does foam. Maybe not as much as other toothpaste Brands. It is an excellent product, best toothpaste I have ever used !!!!

Why is this so expensive all of a sudden? About 15 dollars? I thought it was half that last time I got it.

The Lemon Mint Toothpaste has been around $15.00 a tube for years.
