Wonderful Product. Since I bought the AC when summer is almost over, the cooling test we took was still great running the AC at 25°-26° C.Coming to the functioning of the AC, this AC is loaded with features more than my previous Voltas & 2018 Hitachi combined. I like how smart and customizable the options are on the remote. Follow me is the smartest feature of this AC. The indoor & outdoor unit are both super silent as compared to my other AC's. The manual says that the swing works both ways horizontal & vertical but on a quick try i couldn't enable the horizontal swing despite the remote displaying its icon.Lookwise, the AC isn't a stunner but it's not the most boring looking unit either. The outdoor unit is a R410A which is what you should definitely be looking for when buying a modern Inverter AC. This model Esko+ has a energy rating of 3.90 which is almost 4 star so instead of spending a hefty extra on 5 star Inverter AC makes it even more valuable & economic option. Based on my comparisons most AC's especially Voltas have a mediocre energy efficiency across their range (3.60-3.80) which is why this one stands out by offering 3.90 (My Hitachi AC has 3.95)I'm really delighted to have got the 2019 series AC with such a good efficiency backed by a strong brand at an amazing price! I purchased this AC during the sale and got extra 2K discount on my SBI Card bringing the cost down to 30K which I feel is a steal deal :D We payed a total of Rs 1250/- for installation which included a stand (750 Rs) and standard AC fitting cost (Rs 500)

The product was good. But the installation is not satisfactory. It’s a kind of industrial wire installations. The guys not at all taking care of placing the electric wires on appropriate place. Simply placing where ever they wants and which is easy for them to complete the work.

I am writing this review after using this AC for 2 months. This AC was installed on 14th May 2019. Within only two days of use, we discovered that the AC was not functioning properly and the cooling was improper. Hence we contacted and filed a complaint with the Customer Care of the company, following which a repairman came to inspect the AC. He suggested that the problem was to upgrade the wiring as it was not taking the load of the AC, and to add a stabilizer. We did so accordingly, at the additional cost Rs. 6500.However, this did not solve our problem and the AC continued to not cool the room properly. Hence another complaint was filed within 2-3 days. The repairman this time said that the problem was air escaping the room through a corridor, and asked us to attach a plastic sheet to keep the cool air in. With Rs. 550 as additional cost, we had a plastic sheet installed, however the AC continued to malfunction.Yet another complaint was filed. The repairman this time suggested we change the location of the AC, and we did so, but this did not work either. Again, a fourth complaint was filed. Four days later, a repairman arrived and suggested that the problem may be with the cooling gas, and vacuumed the AC. Not only did this not solve the issue, but immediately after the AC was restarted it began producing a crackling noise, and started to turn off and on on its own. We called the repairman within 10 minutes of him leaving, however he refused to come back, stating that he was now away from our house.Upon contacting the Customer Care for the fifth time, they told us that they can only file a complaint about the lack of cooling which their repairmen had witnessed, but not the AC turning on and off, since they had not seen it. We then contacted Mr. Nirmal Singh, as per the suggestion of the repairmen, who cited him as the head of the department. We sent a video of the AC turning off and on on its own to Mr. Singh, who went on to not accept it, saying that he couldn't accept videos, and told us to call the repairman when the AC turned off, so he could check it. However, the issue is that the AC turns off and turns back on within a minute to 30 seconds, which is not enough for a repairman to even arrive at the house.NOTE: It has now been over 2 months that we bought this AC and the technical still not able to understand the exact issue.On the 13th of June 2019, another complaint was filed, yet to date no repairman has come, neither have we been called by someone, despite the Customer Care telling us that our case has been filed under the "high priority" category.The service we have received, the quality of the product, and the helpfulness of your repairmen have been severely disappointing. For a company as reputed as yours, we are sorry to state that the technical training received by your workmen is beyond unhelpful, as all they have done is give us multiple wrong theories, costing us over 6500 rupees. Not only that, but failing to actually repair the AC, the repairmen started suggesting unrealistic options like changing the position of the door to our room, which frankly is unprofessional.Fed up, we decided to get the AC replaced, however Mr. Nirmal Singh declared that Carrier does not have a replacement policy, which is incredibly irresponsible on the part of the company, since we have received a bad product from you and have been filing complaints left and right since we bought it.We had raised this complaint so many times with amazon as well as with carrier but no one is ready to resolve this issue and from last week AC is completly out of order and company is failed to trace the issue/ resolve the issue and not even replaced this faulty product.Now, I have no other option but to file a consumer case regarding this issue in the court of law.

First AC of my life..after so much research I have decided to go for carrier 1.5 ton inverter AC with copper condenser and 10 years warranty on compressor ..I preferred carried over Lloyd ,Hitachi ,lG,Samsung since they r making since years ...First of all thanks to Amazon since first time it was delivered on 23 march but one single panel of plastic found damaged they immediately replaced whole new AC and given.Carrier team came for installation and it's very well maintained and we'll knowledge based people..after 4 hours of hard work AC fitted with completeness..No sound of compressor , simple and effective Colling ..inverter AC have also benefits in terms of less power consumption w..r.t conventional onesInstallation charges is 1500 rs divided in 500 -standard installation 750 rs -Odu bracket and 250 rs for extra drain pipe of finoxex heavy duty .material is very good...Cupper wire is enough 12 ft no need for addition in my 3 BHK duplex home at Baroda .I got AC at 34500 rs since there was offer on icici credit card of 1500 off and that time price of AC is 36k.. taken on 9 emi so happy for that with no interest paymentGood one go for it...
