Stabilizer works great at cleaning oil in fryer.
Made cleaning fryers super easy. Oil came out cleaner than before I used this stabilizer. Great product and I would recommend.

Works as promised! Better cooking at lower temps and easier clean up.
I fry fresh cut fries and hand breaded tenders in separate fryers and see a very noticeable difference in the performance, oil life and cleanup when using and not using this product. There are different brands that do a similar job, I find some of these leave behind a residue on food. It’s a very fine grit. Don’t notice on the chicken but very detectable on the fries.

If you deep fry
This is a great product! Reduces oil cost when used regularly. We use it every time we fire up our deep fryers. We use over 500lbs of oil per month on average. And I see the cost savings!!

I love this stuff. Seems to extend my oil life. We add it each morning to hot oil a few minutes before we open.

Doesn't do anything...
I've been testing this product for 2 weeks now, side by side using 2 fryers. One fryer, I put this powder in at the beginning of the day and to filter at the end of the day and the other, I use as a control (I don't add any powder but I filter daily.) Both fryers are 40 lb capacity. There is no difference between the two fryers. The powder does catch small particles but both fryers ended up needing to be changed at the same time. So if you are buying this product to save on oil costs, I'd skip it. To be honest, I don't even see a difference in the cooking time or the quality of food and if there is, it's marginal. It's a real bummer as I really wished this was going to work.

We use them in the shop on a daily basis with our deep fryer - with the cost of beef drippings, it's important to make the oil last as long as possible in order to cut costs...
