Does this lovey have a rattle?

No but they make round rattles, probably on their site. These are the best. Launder very well!

The dimensions listed are 2x2x5. That does not seem correct. What are the dimensions of the blanket?

2x2x5 is about the size it comes all rolled up with a ribbon around it, but once untied and unrolled it is about 13"x13".
